From first scrim to podium finish
Every WarriorProtocolLab engagement follows the same four-stage loop, whether you are a solo ranked grinder or a full roster chasing a national spot.
Baseline audit
We record a live session, pull your VOD, and map mechanics, comms, and decision speed against your target rank. You leave with a written scorecard the same day.
Protocol build
A coach designs a weekly protocol — aim routines, review blocks, and scrim goals — sized to the hours you can realistically commit.
Lab reps
You train on calibrated 240Hz stations while a coach watches over the shoulder, correcting habits in real time instead of after the loss.
Review & ranked push
Fortnightly VOD reviews track the metrics that moved. When the numbers hold, we schedule a supervised ranked push to lock in the gains.
